At Ascension, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Ascension account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point. Ensure the item is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
